i've started on my new job as a motor claims officer at royal&sun alliance. got quite a few ang mohs der too.. wahohooo~ as usual, been searching n digging for files to file. every day (though only 2days as of now) there'll be lotsa incoming mails/faxes. feel like burning dem.. giving me all the paper cuts. hurts... esp. u can feel the "sensation" over n over again in juz a day.

i juz found out another new place to makan! similar to hong lim complex.. it is.. AMOY Street? food complex! hahaha. lotsa ppl, today i even met karl n julia! so qiao.. haha. my colleagues said maxwell is further down, needa walk abit more.. mebbe next time.

new shopping centres!

today met up with ching to go walk walk. first stop, we went to PS for lunch at swensens and bought a super nice bubble tea which cost $2.40 -.-. but was gdddd. saw a grp of ppl wearing red running arnd, initially tot is SIM og. but we later cfm is actually NTU de. haha. coz ching saw their SBS jersey top. so many camps happening.

after tt, we walked down to the new Orchard Central. was HUGE, but not many shops were opened. disappointing. really like a maze. =/ we saw a Pastry shop selling BEAUTIFUL tarts, too bad they dun allow photography. wanted to try it but was too full. a nice place to chill too. they even have Indoor rock climbing!!! cooool.

after tt, we walked over to hereen (as usual. =/) den to taka - zara and then ION orchard.
B4-B1 then lvl1 - 4, so basically there are 8 levels. but.... the branded goods start at B1 / B2?
so only at B3 n B4 is for normal humans like us.. with limited wad of cash in our wallet. hahaha.
had sukiyaki at Sho Teppan, wasnt tt bad! haha. but the wait might be long, esp. if u go in grps of 3 or more. slowly wait hor. hahaha.

moving on, we went over to borders @ wheelock coz ching wanna get her tutee a metal pencil box. N THEN off to CANELE! ahhhh~~~ shiok. pictures will say everything. haha.
finally we called it a day. im soooo tired. x.x haha.

tadah! my zara jeans - $49. feels gd. pls ignore the top. it cost $49 or izit $59. crazy! when i raise my arms, its like a super large handkerchief. so of coz i juz wear shuang shuang. hahaha.

btw, tt zara fitting room had an odour. tink the person before had xiang gang jiao, bth.. i gotta use the "large handkerchief" top to fan the area first be4 i proceed to change. guess the ventilation wasnt tt gd in tt room.

i needa do sumthing bout my toe nails since i always wear sandals or slippers. it hits me when im on the mrt, i start to realize gers maintain their toe nails very well, either they got a a nice shape, cleanly cut or its beautifully painted/pedicured. when i glanced at mine... it looks like SAW 5 advertisement (okay mebbe not tt jialat, but stilll..). mebbe i'll teh mummy to go pedi n i'll "tag" along. hongkong 2009!!

woooo. been ages since i've updated my blog. realized i dint even blogged bout my end of exams activities. tsktsk. tt aside.. the more impt event was my HongKong trip! wheeee!!! this is gna be a long post (with pictures). here we go~!

boarded Cathay Pacific on 25june (till 30june). We stayed at Butterfly on Prat @ Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. the hotel was quite nice xcept for a certain part.... hahaha! but at least its location is gd. near the mtr, lotsa hk cafes arnd us. in HK, u shudnt worry bout not having food, but is the choices of food that u wish to have.

back to topic. HONGKONG was great! basically our routine (ber's n i mostly) is eat, shop shop, eat, shopshopshop, slp. HAHAHA. guys train up ur stamina. n i realized tt hongkongers nvr rest, even on wkdays night they can go pubbing every single night. they really enjoyed their lives.

we went to Disneyland and Ocean Park as well. experienced abit of Typhoon Signal lvl 3, umbrella flying here n der. haha. Then, of coz took the Peak Tram to Victoria Peak, the sight was breathtaking, super nice. took lotsa pics at Mdm Tusseds Museum, we even went into the Huanted House. WAHAHAH. FUN RITE ber~~~~ =x she basically juz closed her eyes n walked blindly behind alvin. haha.

Took a ferry to Zhu Hai where we bought LOTSA DVDs. kudos to alvin... haha. n oso pirated watches n bags =PP great buys. n watson finally got his hands on KFC. his dream came true. den we walked over to Macau!!! the VENETIAN WAS GORGEOUS!!!! took lotsa pics, alot of rejected ones with strangers' heads popping in. haha. if u guys watched Boys over Flowers (Korean), it is exactly the same feeling.. we saw the Gondola, some ang mohs were sitting in it. Took a cab to get the famous LORD STOW's eggtarts! WOOT! super yummy!

Mongkok has been branded by ber n i the best shopping haven! juz go der, dun even be bothered by the Jardine Bazaar or wateva street. Shop till ur eyes sore! hehe..
