today lao chen & i went over to ulu pandan campus for the FOC, so as to surprise shui cong. for his very very very belated bday. haha. apologies. he was super shocked when he saw us der. haha. glad he like it. this is to show our gratitude towards jack&jill when they surprised us for our bdays. haha.
