CHALET CHALET!

wed-fri i took leave for chalet!its at NSRCC. staying at their beautiful bungalow. it'll be wise to take their free shuttle bus at tenah merah. walking/cabbing in is not advisable! chao ulu inside. but the place was GREAT!

had it with my MOM temp colleagues. had lotsasaaaaa foood, drinks, mahjong, etc etc.

hafta rush after work for the bbq den played our all-time favourite dino-bone game. after the game, i nearly lost my voice. CANNOT!!! I HVT EVEN go for my Ktv session! honey water to the rescue! haha

the next day, zq,jw n i woke up earlier to prepare brkfast! WOO! omelettes with hotdogs n MEE! i helped to brk n beat the eggs and seasoned them. had my hand at cooking the omelettes. but.... sadly..... it stick to the pan. MUZ BE THE HEAT! so zq took over and awed us with his skill. n i got banished back to beating eggs. haha. still i contributed abit. brkfast was great man! steamy hot omelettes with hotdog and a cup of milo. wat a great way to start off.

after tt, we went to see the guys played billard for a short while! haha. den we hopped off for KTV!!!!!!!!! LAI AH! $10 for 3hrs (inclu. of tidbits + 1 drink). room was spacious, sound system kinda sux coz it kept giving us the screeching sound. but nonetheless, had a rocking gd time. i gotta hear lotsa old songs. haha.

after KTV, we bowled abit, fingernails broke. im a size 8 guys! hahaha. surprise surprise. initially wanted to go out to bedok for dinner but all of us were too lazy to leave the chalet. so we called for pizza hut.

thankfully, we kinda finished most of the food. so the guys didnt hafta bring back alot. thanks guys for going down early and the preparation for everything!

jw, u've been a great maria! though sometimes u very attitude towards ur "boss", still i appreciate ur hardwork *u may take friday off*. WAHAHAH!

zq n nigel: thanks for bringing to n fro the food n charcoal! n zq nice cooking skills. impart some skills to me.

wy,pq n lailai: mahjong ah!! next time we'll deffo wake up in 10mins time n not 5hrs later. HAHAH!

TODAY! I finally satisfied my craving for................ the one&only T.PAGAR MUFFINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOOOSHHH!! the second my colleagues said they wanna go Amara for lunch, the thought of muffins just went ding ding! in my mind. had the Herbal Soup (chicken with white fungus and button mushrooms) at amara. then shot down to the muffins store right oppo amara. luckily the queue wasnt tt long (last time the queue went snake-like n stretch to 2 stalls behind). mebbe alot of ppl pon work today. tsktsk. hahahaha.

MUFFINS! oh glorious muffins! i bought 7 muffins: 2 double choc' ; 2 choc chip; 1 orange; 1 cheese; 1 coconut. the price of it aint ex, is either $1.10 or $1.30 each.
the cheese and coconut r being digested right now. both tasted goooood. BUT i believe double choc will be much more bttr.

my colleague went for this Jack Neo event, in collaboration with his latest movie " where got ghost". they gotta tix tohis movie and even had a bus chartered for them to go to.... cemetery......

i might have over-dosage.. call the ambulance. i tink i didnt read the instructions carefully.. i ate all of it in the afternoon. hahaha.

another colleague from the claims dept bought everyone this lovely strawberry cheesecake! coz it was national day. =]]

SO SWEEEET!!!! luv the heart-shaped strawberry. bet she spent quite alot.. haha. but yea.. she's a manager. haha.

today went to watch GI JOE @ the cathay. show was gdddd! seat was good de, sat at the grand cathay. soft cushion. haha. the ending song was POW! bom bom pow by black eyed peas! wat a way to start off the credits, got me quite high. hahaha.

had dinner @ The Cathay. ordered the ndp set meal. here comes the drum roll~

went to watch UP! today at The Cathay. Movie was niceeeee, so sad at some parts (mebbe coz im too emotional). slight showers now n den. haha. but the lil' chubby pui pui is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTEEE. wanna squishy squishy his cheeks!!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. the ah pek looks cute de. adorable in his case. nice movie i feel. =]

after movie, we headed down to harbourfront for the cablecar ride to Mt Faber. View was great! the toilet... looks so nice ar. too bad, no 1 with me cant camwhore inside. hahaha.

had dinner @ Black Opal. Western foood. Appetizer was Salmon. then Spinach Soup. Main: Red Snapper or Lamb. Dessert: *its name was too chim to rmb* but was still warm choc lava cake with vanilla ice cream!!!! WOO! LOVE IT!

after dinner, rushed for the cable ride back, so tt we cud catch some fireworks. we did for a few secs, stupid UOB building block my view. hahaha. still was nicee.

last week, daddy and i went to this River City (@ Excelsior Hotel - near funan it mall) for dim sum buffet. was arnd $15.80++/pax.

i feel that it was worth it. food was gd, and they not only have dim sum, but zi cha too! YES ZI CHA! got GOlden Crispy fried chicken wings, fried rice,fried bee hoon,BEEF with black pepper n onion, sweet n sour PORK, etc etc.

SHIOK rite?!

but the bad thing is tt, hafta wait some time for ur food. the food comes out fast, but there was only a few waiters. poor dem. i can see that they are really trying their besst. but there were just too many tables, orders.
