meat fest~ @ Brazil Churrasco ! starve urself for a day,and indulge in meat.. meat.. and MORE MEAT!!!! mebbe a couple of potatoes / vege here n der. haha
went with ahlin for dinner, initially tot there was a dress code to adhere to. luckily there wasnt, as i was dressed in shorts + tee + slippers (sch style~) wahhaha. super cui.

their style was similar to that of carnivore. waiters will go arnd cutting off the meat onto ur plate. due to enthusiasm, i've took all kinda meat for the first quarter till my plate was full. hafta start chomping.

they have this "appetizer bar" serving.... boiled potatoes, wedges, diff types of veges, tofu wif vege, beans, FRIED RICE! and goreng pisang... LOL. it was nice! hearts the potatoes n goreng pisang! so even be4 the mini cheese buns or meat arrived, our plates were filled with potatoes, veges, etc. haha. like chai fan.

their roast BEEF was the best!!!!! cudnt resist it, though it was abit bloody for me. perfect for dee. they oso have roasted? bbq? pineapples! haha. i was abit apprehensive bout it, as my tongue will itch if i eat it. but ah lin assured me it wun, so i had a piece.. den 2 pieces.. den 4pieces! WAHAHA. it was gooooooooooooooooddddd!! didnt itch at all, pineapples were sweet! i like pairing it up with the roasted ham. pineapples + ham = hawaiian pizza!!!

to up the level abit... we had: CHICKEN HEARTS! Ji Xin!
he said it's a must try! n was looking fwd to it.. can see.... haha. it was..... hmm... like meat? but more chewy chewy. the taste was like meat? but more plain. no bloody taste. just a weird feeling when u chew it knowing it's a heart. haha.
but oh well! i did it~ ate 3 of it. =D

after tt, had dessert. dessert was so-so... haha. juz to end off dinner with dessert.

been to a few bday parties this wk. all the 21s. haha. thinking of this, i've come to realize that today's mid Nov. 2009 is coming to an end soon, a new yr is approaching. so many times i've said this, but this time it feels somehow poignant. mebbe coz we're gonna graduate soon n no more grand 21st to look forward to. like we're moving onto The Next chapter. haha. humbuggg...

sidenote: christmas carol is coming soon!!!! MUZ WATCH IT! it was my sec2 lit book. so can kinda rmb some of the quotes. haha.

right right, on a cheerful note. i've handed in my IM assg! yeaaa~~~~~

n onto bdays! we went to freddie's 21st. it was at Swiss Club @ the Rifle Lounge. we had a nice welcome by the Bday Boy and his frenz. took a polaroid photo! so coooool!!!! I REALLY WANNA A POLAROID CAMERA now. hahaha.

he gave every guest a daisy accompanied with a handmade note. so sweeeeeeeeeeeet. n he's a guy! hahaa. sentimental. haha.

at the end of the celebration, we went to the pool area for a surprise!

LOOKIE!!!!!!!!!!!!! everyone settled into grps to write messages onto the lantern n let it off~ with the help of hot air.

was so exciting. that was my first time doing it. our lantern was burned!!! we kept holding onto it while taking photos, so it somehow was held slanted and it caught fire. haha. so sad.. but luckily! there was an extra lantern! woohoo. so the 2nd time was successful. haha.

next up: was ghit's bday! we went to vienna intl buffet @ novena square. hated going novena.. cant differentiate the shopping centres. got square2, velocity, wateva crap. once got lost while i was temp-ing at P&G.this time was no exception. luckily found my way der, the CROWD!!!!!!! wasnt a sight to behold. the place aint big, but for profits sake, there were many tables, but the buffet area was kinda squeezy, not ideal for traffic flow.

but food wise, was soso. i juz hamtam the seafood! didnt even take cheap hawkerfare like fried rice, beehoon, etcetc. buffet mah... always aim for the pricey ones like sashimi, lobster, crab, oysters (for those who luv dem, u're in for a real treat) FREE FLOW OF OYSTERS!!! looked fresh. there was also birdnest eggtart!! BUT i didnt have the chance to eat it, was snatched away as soon as it was placed der. sighhhhhhh. didnt have time take pictures. time was precious! every min counts! hahaha. price per pax was arnd $37 (inclu. of gst n service charge). if u aint a fan of snatching food or squeezing and staring at aunties/kids snatching or bumpin into u, avoid going at arnd 12/1+pm. (lunch buffet starts from 1130am - 330pm).

after that, we went back to wdl to ter house watch PARANORMAL ACTIVITY!!!!!!!!!!!!

wahahah~~~ didnt have the guts to watch it in cinema. we juz fwd the show to its night time. tt's when all the scary stuffs happened. haha. we countdown every SECOND! when it was at night. haha. it was wise tt we watched it at ter house, as we were all speculating wat might happen next, making weird assumptions n having a gd scare when us gers screamed suddenly. hahaha!! while some guys wiki the show to see whether it's true. but it's not based on a true story. haha. ter had the uncut version, so we (i meant they, coz i covered my eyes!) saw the video bout this woman being possessed and chewing her arm off. i saw abit of the video but was too scared to cont watching it. WAS GROSS/SCARY!!!!!!! tt was too much to stomach. =OO

show ended. time for cake cutting - strawberry shortcake! wheeeeeeee. haha. we bought an adidas Peach Tree watch for ghit. his "subtle" hint was too oblivious for me to get it.. hahha.

den i went over to paul's place for his bday celebration! haha. bought a Made in Candy rockcandies for him. find it unique and cute. haha. they ordered lots of pizzas and chicken wings. haha. glad he was happy.

today's weather aint cheery. but it's kinda shiok to stay at home n nua. haha. alrite! it shall be nuanua day!
